From pre-transaction planning to successful closing, it is our primary goal to make sure debt issuance, when necessary, has a minimum impact on our clients’ valuable time and resources.

How We Serve

As an independent municipal advisor, we are not affiliated with banks or underwriters and can sharply focus on providing independent, specialized advice tailored to our clients’ specific needs. In this fiduciary role, we are free to serve our clients without conflict of interest. After listening to our clients’ needs, we utilize knowledge of the bond market and transaction experience to craft a thoughtful solution which efficiently achieves our clients’ goals and minimizes costs.
